All prices are subject to change without prior notice; however prices will not be altered where deposits have been paid in advance. Prices vary from each design depending on the elements involved, however prices will be clearly stated on each page relating to that design. 



It is advised that clients should order their stationery at least 6 to 9 months in advance of their event, and invitations sent at least 8 to 12 weeks before your event date. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for standard production time on all stationery. 

If you require your stationery in a shorter time frame, please get in touch and we will endeavour to do our best for you. Please note, payment will be required in full for shorter timeframes.
A delivery or collection date will be agreed upon when an order has been placed. Please adhere to these dates and provide your details within the specified time. 

Any hard copy sample invitations will be delivered within 14 days of ordering. 



Orders can be placed up to 2 months prior to the event. If the client requires an order within 2 months of their event, please get in touch with us at paperstagstationery@gmail.com and we can discuss on a one to one basis. 

We require our clients to order a minimum of 15 invitations. Final numbers must be confirmed with Paper Stag Stationery prior to deposit being paid as the number of stationery items required will affect the total price and subsequently the deposit required.

We recommend ordering 5 extra invites for larger orders, just in case. If additional stationery items are required we will always try to accommodate this where possible, however please bear in mind that this may not always be possible during busy periods or if the items are requested within 2 months of an event. 

Once the client has confirmed that they want to go ahead with the order, materials will be purchased for their stationery to guarantee that materials for their chosen design will be available, subject to supplier availability.



Once wording has been finalised by the client, electronic proofs of all stationery items will be emailed to the client via the email address provided. 

If the client would like a hard copy of their stationery, please let us know. Unfortunately no hard copies will be sent for guestbooks, table plans and table names.

It is the responsibility of the client to carefully proof-read and check the details and design of the stationery on receipt of the proofs. Any amendments should be confirmed in writing via email. Please note, depending on the amendments required these may incur an additional cost. 

It is also the clients responsibility to obtain permission to use any copyright materials such as readings, poems, hymns etc which they may wish to use. 

Production will only commence once Paper Stag Stationery has received written confirmation via email that the client is happy with the electronic proofs provided. Once final proofs have been approved by the client, Paper Stag Stationery cannot be held liable for any errors. The client will be responsible for any costs of correcting mistakes one the final proof has been approved. 



A 50% deposit should be paid via bank transfer or in cash to Paper Stag Stationery. This deposit is non-refundable after 5 days so that materials can be purchased to proceed with the order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your stationery can be dispatched. 

For all orders which total less than £150, payment will be required in full before production can begin. 

The price paid for any hard copy proofs will be deducted against any order placed if the total exceeds £150.

Receipts will be issued for all payments received. 



Paper Stag Stationery will allow you to cancel any order up to 5 days after we receive your initial 50% deposit, after which all deposits are non-refundable. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact Paper Stag Stationery immediately within 3 working days of receiving your stationery items. All items must be returned before a refund or exchange is offered. 



All completed stationery orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery service [link to Royal Mail]. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of stationery items. If your order has not yet arrived after 21 days please get in touch immediately and we will investigate further with Royal Mail. 


Delivery charges will vary depending on the size and weight of your stationery items, and will be communicated to you prior to dispatch. The total price of your stationery order does not include the cost of delivery. If your order comprises of separate delivery dates, separate delivery charges will be charged. 


If you would prefer to collect your stationery items this can also be arranged. All items must be collected within 2 weeks of paying the final balance. 

We are also able to deliver stationery items locally. Please get in touch to check if we are able to deliver to your area. 


Paper Stag Stationery does not accept responsibility for any damage caused during transit or to individual invitations during the postal process. Paper Stag Stationery only delivers within the UK.



All of Paper Stag Stationery items are handmade, therefore there may be variation between items. The client accepts that variations such as colour, size, positioning, etc do not constitute a fault. 


Some of the intricate detailing on our items could become detached and are therefore not suitable for babies or young children.  


All designs are subject to the availability of materials from third party suppliers. In the unlikely event that a particular material is no longer available, Paper Stag Stationery will contact you in the first instance to discuss appropriate alternatives to ensure you are happy with the substitution, but reserve the right to substitute any part of the design with material of a similar quality if necessary. 

Paper Stag Stationery cannot be held liable for situations beyond their control such as discontinued materials, failure from suppliers, postal/carrier disputes, Fire or any other causes beyond its control.


Paper Stag Stationery use high quality inkjet printers for most items. As with all inkjet printers, any print on pearlescent card may become smudged if it comes into contact with damp or water.


Paper Stag Stationery will never share your details with other individuals or companies. The personal information supplied will only be used to produce the stationery items requested.
